Yesterday while i conversed with a friend about the success of The carter 3 and what it says about Lil Wayne i couldn’t help but wonder just what happened to the Tupacs and Biggies? What happened to the artists that before they became rappers started off as poets, writers and dancers? Well . . . . maybe not dancers but artists. I mean really, i don’t see what gettin silly, lickin it like a lollipop, and talkin to my “Bust it Baby” about her “wet wet” is gonna do to make Hip-Hop or its fans any better. In a day and age when R. Kelly can buy his way out of jail for pedophelia and Wesley Snipes is going to jail because Uncle Sam didn’t get his cut what kind of message are we sending to other countries about our priorities and more importantly to our youth. I really dont want to get up on my soap box but i’m jus trying to figure out what is going on with the new generation of Hip-Hop. . .

Congradulations to Barack Obama !!! We couldn’t be happier about his nomination and record breaking run. But somebody has to always ruin the show, Hilary Clinton. This chick just can’t take the hint. Ms. Clinton would you like to know why despite having 18,000,000 supporters you still did not win your parties nomination ? It is the very same part of your personality that has earned you the rep, of a sarcastic bitch on capitol hill, there i said it. Your speech was as tastless as any of the remarks i’ve ever seen you make in congress or on any congressional panels. I don’t blame you it’s not your fault, you are who you are. But you should have learned by now that people don’t dislike you because you are a strong woman i’ve seen and like plenty of those, its the fact that you come off as foul and people don’t respond well to that.
