After the show it’s the After party!!!!!! After a long day in the sun, The Bash At The Bay concluded it’s week of  events with an after party at Coyote Joe’s. A majority of the events key players were in attendance including Yung Joc, Hot Stylez and Cheri Dennis. The city of Toledo came out in full force to show their support and love for the area’s most popular radio personality, Hutch Daddy Dolla of the Core DJs.

One of the biggest events in Ohio took place Sunday July 27th at Maumee Bay, which is located 15 minutes outside of Toledo. The Bash At The Bay is a free concert and beach party centered around DJ and radio personality Hutch Daddy Dolla of the Core DJs. This year’s event featured platinum rapper Yung Joc, Hotstylz, and a host of other notable artist. The annual event, which attracted over 5000 attendees, was free to the public and is billed as “Ohio’s Only Black Beach Party!” If you were there, please leave a comment!

Those who have the knowledge, last a long in the music industry,” says panelist Platinum rapper Yung Joc during the first annual NW Ohio Music Conference.  Saturday July 26th, the NW Ohio Music Conference took place at the Park Inn in downtown Toledo. Panelist included Xavier Jernigan, the Marketing genius behind multi-platinum rapper Lil Wayne’s success.

The Bash At The Bay was filled with events for everyone. We had been kinda stressed lately, so the Comedy Show is exactly what we needed. Originally, the show was supposed to feature Pierre and Rolland “Lil Duval” Powell. However, Lil Duval was a no show. Fortunately, Bill Hill, T-Ray and Black Coffee were funny enough to make the crowd forget about the missing comic. Headlining the show was Pierre, who performed over 45 minutes of hilarious new material.

Can’t wait for this album to drop I may even resist the urge to download it and actually reach into the Piggy Bank and pay for this one. If you’ve never seen Paul Mooney live this dude speaks his mind, the sample doesn’t do him justice.
